Happy last day of August! I can’t even begin to recap this crazy month, and to be honest there were a lot of ups and downs. One major up was that my other blog if found, make. was featured in print in the Autumn issue of Stampington’s Artful Blogging magazine! For the feature, I wrote an article on blogging about the creative process. I also wrote a bit about that process as it relates to The Blog Market, which has always been a space for people to celebrate the process.
If you haven’t picked up a copy before, this magazine is such a good gift for yourself or a friend you want to inspire. It’s full of articles and photographs sharing the stories we tell through blogging. I knew I was going to be in good company, but it wasn’t until I flipped through the magazine in person that I realized the sheer amount of talent held within those pages! I took my time reading each feature, and it’s been so nice to just pick it up whenever I have a few minutes.
Any blogger or aspiring blogger will be filled with inspiration after reading Artful Blogging so we were thrilled when the AB team offered to give away a copy to one lucky The Blog Market reader! I just knew this would be the perfect place to do a giveaway. I hope you’ll all enter and if you don’t win, consider grabbing a copy anyway!

Congratulations on the feature! I don’t read magazines often (mostly blogs and novels) so I haven’t heard of Artful Blogging Magazine, but I’ll definitely try to check it out :D Although I love the online world, it’s always so great to see it in print. -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s

Oh that’s you…lovely to see you there. I paged through a copy at the bookstore…love this issue. it’s one of my favorite magazines for years now…one day I hope that my little blog makes it in there too…I’ve had a few blogging friends featured in it, and it’s gorgeous.
What inspired me most in August is the golden shifting light…as it shimmers over the recently harvested fields, runs down the rows…so gorgeous.

I was most inspired by slowing down and doing less in August. It was a good month to focus in on what is most important and what deserves to have energy devoted to it. Congrats on the feature!

Hello!! Congrats on your feature!! Must be so exciting! This month I was most inspired by Kinfolk’s The Entrepreneurs Issue. Awesome to read about how people got started and to see how far they’ve come.
