Alright, Blogger people! This roundup of resources is for you. A couple weeks ago, we shared our favorite WordPress resources but today I want to focus on good ol’ Blogger. I will start by saying that I really like Blogger. I used it for several years – while I was pretty much journaling to nobody, when I began sharing more curated posts and DIY projects, and during the time that I was learning CSS. If you feel comfortable coding, you can really transform your blog design to not look the same as everyone else’s Blogger blog. The fact that it is still free is a really big selling point too.
1. Jessica from The Blogging Brew shared this awesome tutorial on how to create a drop-down navigation menu on the Blogger platform. It’s not as drag-and-drop easy as WordPress makes it, but it’s definitely simpler than one might think!
2. It seems that everyone in the world is migrating over to WordPress, but honestly sometimes Blogger is where it’s at. This post by Blog Brighter compares WordPress with Blogger, sharing how Blogger might be the right platform for some folks.
3. During the time that I used Blogger, I don’t think I knew anything about SEO. The SITS Girls shared their top 5 SEO tips for Blogger, and it’s such a great resource!
4. Using Rich Pins has become a staple of any blogger who wants their pins to bring traffic back to their blog. Here’s a useful post by Free Borboleta about setting up Rich Pins for both Blogger and WordPress platforms.

I think Squarespace is a great option. All of their themes are really clean and beautiful. Since I love adding plugins and extra coding, it doesn’t really work for me but I have seen so many awesome Squarespace sites. Maybe I’ll do a roundup of resources for Squarespace in a couple weeks! :)
