Happy Friday! I’m going away for the weekend so I’m pretty excited to unplug for awhile. Most weekends I don’t really have any big plans, so I tend to do more during the week and save a few projects for the weekend. But lately I’ve actually had things to do, like visiting SF and entertaining my family, so it’s really forced me to stick to a strict schedule. It’s tough!
For when I need a break, I’m thinking of trying a few podcasts. I’m not one of those people who can pay attention to them when multitasking, so I usually don’t make undivided time for them. Here are some recommendations I found in my search.
1. Jen Carrington just shared highlights from her podcast Make It Happen including descriptions so you can choose which episodes are best for you.
2. The latest list of podcasts featured on A Beautiful Mess separated them by business vs. inspirational, which is pretty helpful. I’ll have to tune into Elise Gets Crafty!
3. Do you read A Cup of Jo? She just did a roundup of podcasts too. This one is more across the board and divided up by your interest. Sounds like it would be good for when you’re feeling a little blah about your current entertainment/learning material.
4. Lastly, on Estee Lalond you’ll find a similar post—just about podcasts she loves. There are definitely a few intriguing ones on the list.
