We love almost everything about springtime, but tax season is definitely something we wish we could skip over. Filling out forms and figuring out what is and isn’t deductible can be very time consuming. Last year was the first time I filed as a self-employed person, and I had so many questions. Thanks to all the many resources out there, this year feels a bit less stressful and I’ve been able to find several answers to my questions online. Every year, I love searching Pinterest and Bloglovin’ for tax tips relevant to creative bloggers and biz owners. Since creative professions are ever changing, it seems there is always something new to learn about handling our taxes. Check out our favorite tax advice posts below!
1. Preparing our taxes can be really daunting, but it doesn’t always have to be. Follow these 6 dos and don’ts for tax season over on the eBay blog!

Hopefully these posts will give you a little encouragement during tax season. Like most bloggers, we strongly recommend hiring a professional accountant if you have major concerns.
What are your plans for the weekend?? We are both in the midst of a busy season, so we’ve been using weekends to plan ahead for TBM and our freelance work (mixed in with some downtime because that’s always really important). See you next week!
