I started working with clients last January sort of by accident. A fellow blogger saw one of my tutorials on Earl Grey and asked for more help. While we were chatting, she mentioned that she needed to spruce up her blog design and I offered to design and develop her a brand new theme! At this time, I was going through the Be Free, Lance workshop so I was learning about contracts, invoices, and other important business practices. As the year went on and I worked with other clients, I collected more and more freelance advice about creating the best client/designer relationship.
