It’s almost officially summer, you guys! I’m so excited. The turn of the season is usually when I focus most on setting goals. Do you have any special summer goals relating to blogging or anything else? I’m setting goals pretty loosely which I’ve found is so good for me. Today’s blogging resources are a grab bag of articles Angela and I came across this past week that have to do with blogging, business, and living in a world where everyone is doing the same thing. Do you ever feel that way? It’s rough. Check out these posts to gain insight on how to stand out and follow your unique dreams.
1. Here’s an extremely useful post by Dapper Fox Design about your meta description and why it’s so essential to SEO. It’s so true that small overlooked details are often the most important when it comes to blogging. Loved learning more about this topic!
2. Oh, impostor syndrome! It is TOO real. This post by Career Contessa encourages us to celebrate our successes and let our confidence shine.
3. Grateful for this reminder by Jennypurr that it’s okay if our dreams aren’t the same as those we are inspired by. Having role models is great, but you don’t always have to follow in their footsteps completely. You do you!
4. You may have seen thousands of posts on Pinterest image size, but I especially love this one over on Blog Ambitions. Learn what size images are best for Pinterest and valid reasons why they’re the best.
Hope you all have an amazing weekend!
